Jesus, Britney Spears has another interview in OK! Magazine. This time she reveals her miraculous diet secrets that transformed her from Frappucino-crazed pregnant-looking lady to “Sure, I’d hit that. I guess.”:

“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life,” Britney, 26, tells OK!. “My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”

It should also be noted that Britney Spears has a personal trainer who punches her in the face anytime she tries to go to Arby’s. Did OK! Magazine leave that part out? Ha, those jokers. But, seriously, right in the face. Food for thought.

Sure enough, the pop star reveals just that in the latest issue of OK! magazine, talking about how she’s cut out sugar and that her meals consist of things like chicken, salmon, rice, avocados, egg whites and turkey burgers.

“I try to do just 1,200 calories a day,” says Brit, who also happens to work out five days a week. “It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”

Valuable information indeed. Not that anybody out there is really going to use it, but valuable nonetheless.

“Frappuccinos, gone. I still do drink coffee, but just with Equal,’ she tells OK! magazine.

Spears also says she’s the “healthiest I’ve been all my life.”

Spears has appeared in promos for next month’s Video Music Awards, but MTV has to declined to comment on whether she’ll perform. She’s nominated for best female and best pop video

After the poor reception for her most recent album Blackout, label bosses thought their wayward artist had blown it.

But impressive demos from recent studio work re-ignited their faith and they are confident she can crush ageing Whitney in a titanic Christmas LP scrap.

“Britney has been on fire in the studio of late. During recording sessions for the last album she was consumed by her chaotic private life,” The Sun quoted a label source, as saying.

“But she is determined to make a triumphant comeback. Top brass have been amazed by the quality of tracks they`ve heard.

“Whitney is set for another relaunch at the same time later in the year. They`re determined Britney will come out on top,” the source added.

In the weeks that followed, Spears started acting out of character, all right: She laid low and avoided the cameras. She spent time with family members. She found work, and succeeded at it.

With that stability and momentum to build on, it would appear Spears’ child-custody hearing Tuesday has the potential for a positive outcome — as long as she gets it together to show up this time. All indications are that she will.

The troubled 26-year-old pop star, who has been under the conservatorship of her father since her one-week-early release from UCLA Medical Center, is expected to attend the custody status hearing in a downtown courthouse with her parents. Her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, will also attend, said his spokesman, Elliot Mintz.

Federline has had full custody of his two sons by Spears, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, since January, when police were called to Spears’ home after she refused to relinquish one of the boys to a Federline bodyguard. Spears was taken by ambulance to a hospital after the incident. Her visitation rights were suspended at the time, but have been gradually restored in recent months.

Tuesday’s hearing will include discussion of a psychiatrist’s evaluation of Spears, a person close to the case told reporters. The person was not authorized to speak publicly about the case and requested anonymity.

Commissioner Scott Gordon, who will preside over the hearing, could modify the couple’s visitation agreement Tuesday based on Spears’ recent conduct, the person said.

Spears was a constant media presence before the conservatorship took effect. Photographers captured her every visit to Starbucks and gas stations around Los Angeles, and documented a bout of bizarre behavior that included appearing in public without underwear, shaving her own head and beating a car with an umbrella.

Since Spears’ father, James, took over her affairs, the pop star has been relatively invisible to photographers, only occasionally snapped shopping or having dinner with her mother, Lynne. A traffic accident last month turned out to be a minor bumper-to-bumper incident in which no one was injured, and for which no one was cited.

Spears’ public appearances have been limited to a well-received cameo on CBS’ “How I Met Your Mother,” a role she reprised during a taping last week, a CBS spokeswoman said. The episode is set to air May 12.

“We’re thrilled to have Britney joining us once again,” series executive producer and co-creator Craig Thomas said in a statement last month. The show’s audience increased by a million viewers the week Spears appeared.

The pop star also made news last month when she took on full-time exercise and nutrition coaches from Bally Total Fitness. Once known for her flawless figure, Spears was widely ridiculed for her flabby form in September during a universally panned performance on the MTV Video Music Awards that was meant to herald her comeback.

Spears has been elusive at recent court hearings, her every anticipated appearance drawing a circus of media and paparazzi. In January, she arrived at the courthouse wearing cocktail-party attire — a black minidress and gold platform shoes — and left before the custody hearing began. A lawyer for Federline said that behavior may have played a role in the commissioner’s decision that she remain barred from seeing her sons. Federline has allowed Spears limited visitation rights since February 22.

A website reports that Spears looks healthier and is determined to get her career back. She is seen working out at Bally Total Gym everyday, and her former manager said: “She is in great shape. She could end up having the biggest comeback in history.”

Her new single seems to be fairly well placed on the charts and her latest album “Blackout” has sold more than two million copies worldwide. Madonna also seems to be singing her praises, saying, “I love Britney`s new album. I work out to it.”

Things started turning around for spears when her parents flew in to look after her and along with her ex-manager Larry Rudolph took out a restraining order on her current manager Sam Lutfi - who`s accused of manipulating the singer.
